Established in 1988, Highland Holiday Homes specialise in providing the discerning client with quality self-catering holiday accommodation in Aviemore and throughout the CairngormNational Park and ScottishHighlands.

Located in the centre of Aviemore within the recently refurbished Railway Station, all our holiday homes are privately owned and have been carefully selected to ensure they meet our high standards and provide excellent value for money. All properties are fully equipped and some include private sauna or free membership to local leisure facilities. Our Office also offers Car / Van rental (pre-booked in advance) and a range of local services including “Snowsports” including Ski Rental packages.

Self catering holiday home accommodation in Aviemore

We offer a large range of properties from modern 1 bedroom apartments and bungalows to the larger more luxurious 5 bedroom lodges and houses which sleep up to 12 in village, town or more rural locations.
Each property, being privately owned varies considerably but all are presented to a high standard ensuring regular repeat business for all concerned. Please check at the time of booking that the chosen property provides all the services required!
All properties are let weekly from Saturday 4pm arrival times until Saturday 10am departure times but outwith Peak & High Season a number of owners will offer SHORT BREAKS or MID-WEEK BREAKS. These are subject to booking restrictions but why not give us a call or email the office for up to the minute availability!
A number of properties accept pets (subject to a small extra fee) and most provide linen and/or towels – please check at the time of booking. By arrangement we can sometimes arrange a hire service as per our company terms & conditions.
